Beginning in 2001, under the guidance of our founder, Elizabeth Palmiter, our company has enjoyed continuous success in building and maintaining winning relationships with our clients, our business partners and our consultants.

"After seven years of growing the company to be one of the well respected IT supplemental staffing firms in the Twin Cities, it was time to bring in fresh leadership." stated Ms. Palmiter.

"We worked extremely hard to become a tier one vendor at many of the larger companies in the Twin Cities and to partner with mid level and small companies. It was important that I find the right individual to continue to build on the foundation that I had created. Considerable time was spent looking for the right individual to continue the service and integrity that my clients expect from Palmiter Recruiting." Palmiter continued.

In February 2008, Elizabeth Palmiter announced that she had found that individual.

Randy Willhite was named as the new Owner and President of Palmiter Recruiting. Mr. Willhite has over 25 years of distinguished service in the Information Technology industry. He started as a BAL programmer in 1980! Since that time he has been on the client side as a Program Manager, on the consultant side as a Sr. Project Manager and on the consultant services side as a Branch Manager of a national consulting firm. In 2004 he was elected to the MN Chapter of Project Management Institute's Board of Director's.

"I am excited about the opportunity given to me to continue the fine tradition of service and excellence of Palmiter Recruiting. Palmiter Recruiting has an excellent business model and solid financials." Willhite offered.

"I am looking forward to working with the excellent team of professionals currently on board. I foresee no changes in staffing or management. If anything, we will grow the infrastructure here at Palmiter Recruiting to cultivate additional business opportunities. I am especially pleased that Ms. Palmiter has agreed to remain in a consultant role to provide me with guidance over the next year." Willhite continued.
