Meet Our Staff

   Randy Willhite, President

Randy has obtained exceptional results at all levels of the Information Technology Consulting industry. He started his career as a machine language programmer (BAL) which gave him a solid base for understanding technology. He used that knowledge, in combination with his listening skills to understand Business Users needs and lead technical teams in providing successful solutions.

After several years in the Program Management arena, he moved into a Sr. Management Consultant role, providing leadership on mission critical projects to local Fortune 500 companies. He then moved "in house" to manage the growth of several local consulting firms in the roles of Branch Manager, Director of Field Management and Engagement Management.

Randy is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and served two years as Finance Director of the MN Chapter of the Project Management Institute (PMI). This chapter is one of the largest in the world with over 3,000 members.

   Jim Bachman, Manager of Sales

Jim's focus at Palmiter Recruiting is sales where it is his responsibility to find and nurture relationships with new and existing clients. In this capacity he is able to stay aware of new opportunities and collect enough information to give our recruiters the tools they need to do the best possible job matching people to opportunities.
