Referral Bonus!

Palmiter Recruiting believes in a “bonus within” program. To all of our consultants that are able to help us grow, we will help your pocketbook grow!

If you refer Palmiter Recruiting to a person that is looking for employment and we are able to place that candidate on a contract, you will receive $1.00 for every hour they work (after one (1) fully employed month with Palmiter Recruiting) to a maximum payment of $1000.00 per calendar year! We do not have a limit to how many people you can refer to get a bonus! Just for giving our information out, you can make extra spending money!

If you refer Palmiter Recruiting to a person that is looking for employment and we are able to place that person at a direct employment opportunity, you will make $1000.00 after the referred candidate has been employed for three months!

If you refer a client or hiring manager to Palmiter Recruiting and they utilize our service for a paid fee, you will receive $1.00 per hour for every billable hour we are able to bill out to that hiring manager or company to a maximum payment of $1000.00 per calendar year!

If your contract has come to an end, or is soon coming to an end, and you have been able to find a new contract within the current client company (though not with the same direct reporting manager) or in a new client company you will automatically receive a $1.00 bonus per hour for your next contract to a maximum payment of $1000.00 per calendar year!
